RUF at MTSU

Who We Are

Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) is a campus ministry at Middle Tennessee State University.
Regardless of your beliefs or doubts, RUF is a community for you to explore Christianity and grow your understanding of who Jesus is and what it means to follow him.

What We Do:

Large Group:
The easiest way for students to get involved is through our weekly large group meetings. Every Wednesday night, students gather for a time of singing and a sermon from Scripture. We meet in the Academic Classroom Building, room 104, on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m.
Small Groups:
Throughout the week, RUF hosts a number of small groups on campus for students to participate in. These groups are informal gatherings, giving students the chance to discuss the Bible as well as build deeper friendships with other students.
One-On-Ones:
The RUF staff would love to meet with you! Over coffee or lunch or a walk on campus, the RUF staff are here to listen to your story, talk through your questions, invest in your on-going discipleship, and help address any personal issues you may be facing.
Social Events:
We believe the gospel is best experienced in a community where we can learn what it looks like to love God and one another. Whether through weekly trips to the local donut shop, weekend game nights, or bonfires at someone's home, we seek to create opportunities for students to gain shared experience and enjoy being with one another.
Conferencees:
At several points during the year, RUF at MTSU gathers with RUFs from other schools to enjoy time outside the normal rhythms and context of school. These include a fall conference in late September, a winter conference in mid-February, and our summer conference in May.
We'd love to help connect you with our staff as well as other students! Contact Weston Duke at weston.duke@ruf.org. You can also check out our website here.
