Mitchell was born and raised in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas in 2013 with a degree in Mathematics. Harding was also where he met his wife, Lauren, whom he married in 2013. In 2016, Mitchell graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri with a Master of Divinity. Mitchell began ministry as an assistant pastor at City Church of East Nashville (PCA) from 2017 to 2020. He came to Trinity as an assistant pastor in the fall of 2020, and then was called as Trinity's senior pastor in April 2022. Mitchell and Lauren have five children: Hadley, Maddie, Audrey, Hodge, and Owen. 

Ryan was born in Nashville and raised in Mt. Juliet, TN. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Lipscomb University in Spanish Language and Literature, minoring in Biology. After college, Ryan served as the Resettlement Director at World Relief Nashville until 2016 when he enrolled at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO. While in seminary, Ryan worked as an account manager for a healthcare start-up called MyHealthDirect. Most recently, he served as the Ministry Director at Flatrock Community Church (PCA), and after graduating from Covenant, Ryan was called to Trinity as our Assistant Pastor in the Fall of 2022. 

Weston was born and raised in Knoxville, TN, and attended the University of Tennessee, where he fell in love with two things: RUF and his wife Hannah, a Nashville native. After graduating from UTK in 2012, the two married and moved to Memphis, TN, where Weston worked as an RUF intern at Rhodes College while Hannah worked as a commercial interior designer. From 2015-2018, Weston and Hannah lived in St. Louis, MO, where Weston attended Covenant Theological seminary. They are excited to be back in the great state of Tennessee, serving in the ministry they love so much.
